I have had nothing but good experiences with your clinic. The doctors are kind, patient, and willing to explain what needs to be explained. I don't feel as if I'm being rushed out the door.

First, the office visit was very good. Unfortunately, the follow-up to get my son scheduled for an MRI has been fairly poor. I understand Insurance would need to approve, but I haven't heard from anyone since Monday morning (when we were in the office to have my son's knee looked at). During the visit it appeared OrthoNebraska was making us a priority and would stay in communication with us. I'm guessing I need to make a phone call to find out what is going on. I would have thought Ortho would keep me updated.
