Yes, I had a most pleasurable experience with Dr. Arnold. I've known him a long time, and he's a great doctor, and I trust him. The receptionist made me fill out so much paperwork, and I've been going to that to her know also almost since the day he started in Norfolk, and I don't understand why she answered me. I'd me answer all these darn questions so many times. The older we get, we don't want paperwork. I told her just to take take ,a copy of it and how markdown changes next time and she was very rude and says, we don't do that. So, thank you.
