I did refer a friend to Dr. Arnold and she also appreciated the attention and discussion he provided. I was able to get into my appointment early and he came in without delay. I always feel like he listens to my concerns and offers suggestions.

I arrived for my 7:30 am appointment at 7:24 and noticed one other patient in the waiting area who had already checked in. There were no other patients in line; however, the receptionist asked that I wait. I was surprised that the receptionist then continued work at her computer (not on the phone) and had me wait about four or five minutes before finally checking me in. I thought that was really odd and fairly rude. The only other item out of the ordinary was the device used for checking blood pressure (automatic, wrist-located device) was incredibly inaccurate. I had recently had my blood pressure checked and the systolic value was 60 points fewer than the wrist device at this office. The nurse commented that that device often produces values that are much higher than normal. Again, it just struck me as very odd that a medical office would use an instrument that produces results that are grossly inaccurate. Outside of those two items, the staff was great and the facilities were very good.
