I came in contact with 3 different staff members and Dr. Urban and they were all very kind, happy, and helpful. Very courteous and caring and nothing but delightful comments and conversations.

The only issue (slightly warm area by incision) I had was calling the on call nurse on Sunday following my procedure. She made me feel like I shouldn't have called, and said to call back if no one called me in 15 minutes which I did not do. I reached out to my neighbor who said my symptoms that day were normal. So continued to ice my leg and kept checking my temperature.

As much as anyone dreads surgery, Dr. Urban and his team were so amazing to work with!
