The care and staff were exceptional. The only suggestion would have been helpful to have received discharge instruction to include ways to help with swelling and pain tolerance. The note we received for PE was incorrectly written with the wrong date was entered as well. Besides those minor details the staff and care was top notch.

The written instructions told me to use Press N Seal around my knee to take a shower. I did so and wrapped it a few times. After my shower there was bleeding but it did stop and was able to sleep. Since my ace bandage and gauze were bloody, the next morning I called Urgent Care and they were able to get me in right away. The PA noticed my written instructions were not correct and that the doctor would need to take my stiches out. He put fresh gauze and a new ace bandage on way to loosely and it did not stay in place. I went to Walgreens after that to get more supplies and felt it slipping on my leg. By the time I got home it was sliding completing off and my gauze like covering over my incisions were loose and not covering my incisions. Thankfully, my brother was able to help me get my ace bandage back on. Later I replace the gauze like coverings with band aids. This was very upsetting. Just thankful the ace bandange and the gauze did not slide off in Walgreens.
