Very appreciative of urgent care for orthopedic needs, it's impossible in my line of work to get in anywhere during the normal business week. The service this provides to folks like me is priceless. Thank you for helping me and I look forward to my continued relationship with this association.

The doctor was out ill and I was able to see the PA and that was great. The front office was unorganized and stressful. This being my first visit to the clinic there was paperwork but very little direction as to what to do with it once I was done. You were then suppose to be called up once all of the information was put into the computer. I was never called, not given back my ID until I was in the room, a picture was not taken for my file, and I felt that me bing there was an inconvenience. When I saw the provider I felt that my needs were met and that she listened and was able to give me a plan for the healing process. Once I left I had to pay for the equipment that I was leaving with and again was told about how hard it was with the new system.
