They took good care of me, and answered our questions and put our mind at rest and make sure that we knew what we were supposed to do for the next couple of 3 days until we could see the doctor again. So, thank you very much. Goodbye.

This was our 2nd visit there for an ortho problem, and both experiences were great. We were quickly in and out, and referred to a specialist right away the next morning for follow up. Much better than our previous experiences with Children's urgent care, and we would recommend this over other facilities in town!

The lady that checked me in was very nice and so was Jeremy, but there was another lady behind the front desk that seemed to be in charge that made me feel very unwanted at the facility. After asking me for the fifth time who told me to come there, after I had told her 5 times Holly from Dr. Hutton's office, she didn't understand why they didn't call her. I feel that is a conversation she should have had with Holly and not make me feel like I didn't belong there. I was hurt and in pain and she was not very sympathetic to my situation only making it worse. My brother accompanied me there and he also got the same feeling. If I had to deal with he again, I wouldn't come back.
