An Omaha native, Dr. James Ingram is a board certified anesthesiologist and, as a founding member of Orthopaedic Anesthesia Specialists, LLC, has been on staff at OrthoNebraska since the hospital opened in 2004. A proud Notre Dame alum, he attended medical school at Creighton University where he was a diplomat to the National Board of Medical Examiners. Following medical school, he completed his residency in anesthesiology at the University of Arizona in Tucson. From 1985 to 2004, Dr. Ingram practiced with Brevard Anesthesia Services at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne Florida where he specialized in cardiac and regional anesthesia and was also the director of the acute pain service.
