Dr. Burt was excellent. He actually apologized for making me wait so long to see him which was impressive and appreciated. He was an excellent clinician and listened. He targeted the issue and laid out the options. He was more than willing to discuss things and I did not feel rushed. Very professional and I appreciated his approach. The front clerical staff on the 1st floor leave a little to be desired: no eye contact, no greeting, limited verbal skills, sitting in her chair practically lounging back, looked disengaged and unprofessional. There is a huge difference between the staff on 1st floor and 2nd floor!
