We had two follow up appointment with Dr. Burt after my daughter surgery. We have a 4 1/2 hour drive one way to Omaha both times that we arrived in Omaha. We did not get to see Dr. Burt we saw his PA. His PA is wonderful and we have no problem with her. It was a little disappointed that we had a 9 hour round trip drive for about a 5 minute visit with the PA both times that we came and we are now cleared so we never did get to see him after surgery.

There is a definite difference between the office staff in the downstairs clinic compared to the 2nd level clinic; just NOT as professional or friendly. Kind of act like they are doing you a favor by just helping you.
