I had to keep calling the nurse to ask more details about my son's condition. Doctor seemed to give basic info , not very detailed. Nurse gave wrong info on note to release my son and which affected another appt he need for his college. We cannot get in for an extra week since we had to wait for nurse to correct her mistake. We told them the urgency of this note but obviously they did not care. ??
